A budget is a plan of action translating programs or overall operations into monetary terms. It projects expenses and revenues during a specific period, usually a year, or the life of the project. This compact one-hour free "webshop" will provide an overview of general budgeting principles and a few smart practices to implement to make sure your nonprofit arts organization is using its resources effectively and preparing for the unexpected.
